2022 Regional Moot Court Competition in Niš, Serbia

The 16th Regional Moot Court Competition took place in Niš, Serbia, from 20 to 22 May 2022.

Case

During the competition, students tackled a fictional case on a key regional human rights issue designed by Civil Rights Defenders’ legal team.

Winner

Team “Iustitia” won the title for the fifth time in the history of Moot Court and participated in the Trans-European finals in Strasbourg in 2022. 

Teams

This year, nine teams of students of law faculties from Ljubljana, Sarajevo, Zagreb, Mostar, Novi Sad, Niš, Skopje, Podgorica, and Tirana took part in the event, competing for the prestigious regional title.
