Civil Rights Defenders has more than 100 staff members and operates in over 50 countries around the world. The work is led by the Executive Director, who together with the Executive Office, the Management Team, and staff members implement the strategic decisions of the Board of Directors and handle the day-to-day operation of the organisation. The Annual Meeting elects the Board of Directors, who are the highest decision-making body between the Annual Meetings.
