Alternative Report on Procedural Safeguards

In November 2016, Civil Rights Defenders and The Swedish National Association for Social and Mental Health (RSMH) handed in an alternative report to the EU Commission on procedural safeguards for vulnerable persons suspected or accused in criminal proceedings.
