Telephone hours are Tuesdays 13.30–17.00 and Thursdays 09.30–12.00. Please note that we do not accept spontaneous visits. Answers may take a while as we have many who contact us. Between 10 July and 14 August, there can be a further delay in responses due to summer vacations.
